MP Old-School Aluminium Valve Covers

MP Old-School Aluminium Valve Covers for 25HP / 36HP engines.
These Aluminium Valve Covers with wire-spring fixing are a MP more-push construction.
To get the “Old-School” appeal the covers have two stiffening ribs on the outside, their surface shows the raw sand cast look. The Aluminium material, even without cooling fins, results in better heat dissipation compared to the stock painted steel sheet-metal covers. As a relatively big amount of oil is pumped through the pushrods into the cylinder-head, this oil loses heat when bewetting the inside of the Aluminium Valve Covers.
The MP more-push Valve Covers are designed as high as to clear high-ratio rockers. Fixing of the “Old-School” Covers is by special clamps to replace the stock fasteners.
Our Aluminium Valve Covers are using the stock kork gaskets, which could be a matter of argument. We think that the improved oil cooling by the Aluminium Covers prevails the pure cylinder-head heat dissipation by the Valve Covers directly resting on the head (with rubber string sealing).
